Ignoring that sexual harassment complaint won’t make it go away

Ben Reed should have first learned that a former employee had filed a human rights complaint against him on April 30, 2012, when he was served notice that Shannon Root was accusing him of sexual harassment. A little more than a month later, on the deadline for responding, he told the B.C. Human Rights Tribunal that he planned to file a response soon, according to tribunal documents.

That response never arrived.
