Former British MP George Galloway joined Vancouver Sun and Province arts editor Francois Marchand to discuss his documentary The Killing$ of Tony Blair on Monday afternoon.
In our interview, Galloway discussed his longtime adversary’s role in the Iraq invasion, his re-shaping of the Labour Party, and his financial ties spanning the globe. The incendiary document features a number of notable interviews including authors Will Self and Stephen Fry, former Labour cabinet minister Clare Short, Conservative cabinet minister David Davis, Blair’s sister-in-law Lauren Booth, as well as a host of former ambassadors, lawyers and intelligence experts.
The documentary will be screened at the Vancouver International Film Festival on Oct. 4 at 4 p.m. And on Oct. 13 at 6 p.m. at International Village Cinemas.
