Some joker is advertising a gingerbread house for sale on Craigslist with an asking price of $4.5 million.
The one bedroom, one square-foot candy-covered home comes fully furnished and is also wheelchair accessible.

The seller, who is seeking “serious buyers only,” says the $4.5 million is the lot value because the house may not be long for this world.
“Will be demolished January 1, investors dream, baking sheet not included,” reads the ad.
