A confidential agreement has ended a human-rights complaint against a private school in North Vancouver that caters to children with learning disabilities.
The complaint was filed in 2011 by a family alleging that Kenneth Gordon Maplewood School (KGMS) had admitted their child but failed to provide him with an education. The family, who was not identified, accused the school of discrimination based on mental disability.
