Vancouver Police have released a sketch of man who allegedly exposed himself to a 13-year-old girl at English Bay last week.
The girl reported to police that a strange man approached her and asked her a number of personal questions while she was on the beach on July 2. She told police he then exposed himself to her after she tried to ignore him.
