The Compass Card, the electronic fare reading system that was supposed to be operational on Vancouver buses and Skytrain stations in 2013, has been hit with another delay.
Translink says the contractor behind the system needs to improve the speed and reliability of the Compass Card on buses before the program can be rolled out.
