Downtown Vancouver hit with power outage

BC Hydro is working on a power outage that is affecting approximately 550 customers in downtown Vancouver.

Some traffic lights are down. Four-way stopping rules are in effect.

BC Hydro, which is upgrading some equipment in the area, expects to restore power by 4:30 p.m.
