A man murdered in Surrey Friday had recently been on the Dr. Phil show featuring men who defraud their wives.
Timothy Szabolcsi, 52, had a long history as a conman in both Canada and the United States.
He was living in Surrey at the time of his death, Sgt. Bari Eman, of the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team, said Monday.
