Vancouver Police say the victim of a targeted shooting Thursday afternoon is in critical condition in hospital.
The 33-year-old, who’s known to police, was shot several times about 12:30 p.m. inside the Lam Hoa Quan Restaurant on Victoria Drive near East 34th Avenue.
The shooter parked behind the restaurant, entered through the kitchen, shot his target and fled the same way to a waiting vehicle.
