Two men are facing charges after 35 kilograms of heroin were found hidden in goods shipped through Vancouver International Airport.
A coordinated 18-month investigation involving RCMP Federal Serious and Organized Crime (FSOC), the Canada Border Services Agency and the Vancouver Police Department resulted in the arrests of Randy Norman Per, 42, and Tenny Guon Lim, 34.
Lim remains in custody, while Per has been released on $25,000 bail pending their next court appearance July 8....
