For the second time in a week, the B.C. government has filed a suit against a former East End Hells Angel to keep cash seized by police and alleged to be proceeds of crime.
The latest target of the director of civil forfeiture is former East End full-patch Hells Angel Randy Potts, who was convicted of trafficking cocaine and methamphetamine in March 2010.
