Just before 10 p.m. Wednesday, Surrey RCMP responded to a report of a disturbance in the 9300-block of 132 Street.
They found a 39-year-old man with serious stab wounds. He was transported to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Another 29-year-old man at the scene, 29, was taken to the hospital with minor injuries and later released.
