A star witness at the Surrey Six trial admitted Tuesday that he was prejudiced against accused killers Cody Haevischer and Matt Johnston because he believes they murdered two innocent people.
In a testy exchange with Haevischer’s lawyer Simon Buck, Y shouted that he couldn’t believe how “stupid” Johnston and Haevischer were, along with a third person who can only be identified as X, for their roles in the killings.
