A member of the East End Hells Angels has lost his appeal of a six year sentence for convictions of extortion and possession of firearms.
HA Jean Violette had argued that B.C. Supreme Court Justice Selwyn Romilly erred when he handed the biker a consecutive term of four years for extortion and two for the guns found after he was arrested in July 2005.
