The B.C. government has no plans to follow Manitoba and declare the Hells Angels a criminal organization in this province.
In a statement issued in Victoria Friday, the Justice Ministry said: “B.C. does not have plans at this time to implement the legislation or process that Manitoba has adopted, but will be watching to see what impact it has on organized crime.”
