A defence lawyer at the Surrey Six trial suggested Thursday that a key Crown witness dubbed KM “partied with the police” and used her handlers as a substitute for her former gang-mates.
Mike Tammem, who represents accused killer Matt Johnston, said KM and the cops engaged in “highly sexualized banter” and inappropriate jokes after she agreed to be a witness in the case.
