Greeks gang boss Peter Manolakos created a ruthless criminal organization that used violence, fear and even murder to keep its employees in line, B.C. Supreme Court heard Wednesday.
And the fatal beating and torture of one of the gang’s drug runners was “a culmination of a business model that had been developing over some time,” prosecutor Dan McLaughlin told a sentencing hearing for Manolakos.
