The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team has been called in after a man was found murdered in a basement suite on Colby Street Thursday morning.
New Westminster police were called to a suite in the 500-block of Colby at 6:17 a.m. after the upstairs tenants in the home reported hearing what sounded like four to five gunshots.
