United Nations gang founder Clay Roueche has applied to serve the rest of his 30-year U.S. prison term for drug smuggling and money laundering in a Canadian jail, The Vancouver Sun has learned.
Roueche announced on his Facebook page that he submitted the paperwork in mid-October and is expecting an answer within 30 days.
