The B.C. Teachers’ Federation will be in B.C. Supreme Court today, seeking to restore class-size limits and specialist teacher guarantees to its collective agreement. In 2011, the court ruled that the provincial law introduced in 2002 that ended the right of teachers to bargain these issues is unconstitutional.
