‘Freeloading’, tax-dodging accountant denied second discharge from bankruptcy

If you’re looking for a capable, law-abiding accountant, you might want to avoid Kazimierz Czeslaw Crischuk.

Not only has Crischuk spent time in jail on tax-related convictions for making false statements on a client’s returns, he’s also filed for personal bankruptcy — twice.

Most recently, the 64-year-old “independent public accountant” declared bankruptcy in June 2010 with $429,524.29 in debt. Remarkably, that total included $399,997 in unpaid taxes.
