United Nations gangster Clay Roueche may have made the cover of the Rolling Stone, but police in B.C. said the story is more fiction than fact.
Roueche was featured in an article called “Boss Weed: the gangster who changed the pot game” in the popular U.S. magazine’s May 9th issue.
In it, Roueche claims he “wanted to be the biggest drug dealer in Canada.”
“I wanted to make history,” Roueche is quoted as saying....
