One person is in critical condition and another has serious injuries after a stabbing in Surrey’s City Centre area Wednesday afternoon.
RCMP said that after receiving a report of an assault with a weapon in the area of 135A Street and 108th Avenue at 1:50 p.m., officers arrested a possible suspect fleeing the scene. The victim was found nearby and taken to hospital in critical condition. A second victim was also nearby with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. It is not known if the two incidents are related.
