Questions have been raised recently about a government contract that gives the Kamloops school district business company the exclusive right to market B.C. online courses abroad.
The deal was signed in 2010 and announced at a Kamloops news conference one year later, but details were not well know around the province. Awareness increased last fall when the Education Ministry published guidelines for its three dozen offshore schools that mentioned the Kamloops deal.
