RCMP are investigating a Sunday afternoon stabbing in Surrey.
Police received a report of a stabbing in the 7300-block 121st Street at around 5:30 p.m.
Officers arrived to find a 38-year-old man with life-threatening injuries from stab wounds. He was taken to hospital, where he was in stable condition.
RCMP say the preliminary investigation indicated the man was stabbed following an altercation with another person. Officers have closed off the area to conduct a neighbourhood canvas, talk to witnesses, and gather evidence.
