A deal signed Monday is intended to help students interested in science, technology, engineering and math make the transition into highly skilled jobs.
The Vancouver board of education, BCIT and the Applied Science Technologists and Technicians of BC (ASTTBC) are working together to increase awareness of careers in those fields and improve collaboration among secondary and post-secondary institutions to meet the needs of industry.
