Steven Tyler soaked up Supernatural British Columbia™ between tour stops on Aerosmith’s Blue Army Tour.

Between Monday’s gig in Kelowna and Thursday’s show in Victoria, the veteran rocker posed with half the population of B.C.

He met a girl named Tara in Vancouver:

He tickled the ivories on a public piano in Kelowna:

He took the boys out for sushi at Tojo’s:

He made friends with some Mounties in Stanley Park:

He posed with sisters:

He posed with some public art:

There was no Vancouver stop on this tour, but it’s still not surprising to see the band kicking around town.

The city holds a special place in the hearts of Aerosmith.

The band was down on its luck when it recorded Permanent Vacation in 1987 at Vancouver’s Little Mountain Studios. The album, which included tracks Dude (Looks Like A Lady), Rag Doll, and Angel, keyed the band’s comeback.

They returned to Little Mountain Studio in 1989 to record Pump, one of their biggest sellers that spawned hits Love In An Elevator, The Other Side, What It Takes and Janie’s Got A Gun.
