The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team is on the scene of a fatal shooting in Richmond late Friday.
IHIT says the 42-year old victim was killed in a targeted attack in the parking lot of a Sikh temple in Richmond.
They identified him as Edwin Shek-Yin Cheng – a Richmond resident and said he’s known to police.
Cheng was found inside his vehicle just before 9:30 p.m.
IHIT is now focusing on speaking with witnesses ...
