A 21-year old Lower Mainland man has been charged with second-degree murder in the death of a homeless man earlier this week.
And it appears that accused killer David Christopher Van Den Brink had been released on bail on the latest of a series of charges and convictions Monday – the same day as the murder he’s now accused of committing.
