Surrey Six killers Cody Haevischer and Matthew Johnston are suing the B.C. government for the way they were treated while awaiting trial for the 2007 slaughter of six.
Both men, who were convicted of first-degree murder last October, filed their suits in B.C. Supreme Court Wednesday, claiming their rights were violated when they were held for more than a year in segregation and denied phone calls and other privileges.
