Vancouver gangster Philip Juan Ley has been sentenced in B.C. Supreme Court to six years minus time served for three firearms convictions.
Ley was credited more than four years for his time in pre-trial custody, meaning he has another 21 months to serve.
Ley pleaded guilty in March to three firearms charges stemming from the Vancouver Police investigation into the January 2012 murder of Sandip Duhre at the Sheraton Wall Centre.
