A $10,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of Daniel Alphonse Paul, who’s suspected of killing his girlfriend earlier this month in Vancouver.
The reward was announced Tuesday as the Vancouver Police provided additional details about Paul, 42, and his alleged victim.
