A woman was killed in an apparent domestic murder Saturday night on Vancouver’s westside.
Vancouver Police have not yet released the identity of the victim.
But Const. Brian Montague announced Sunday that the man charged with second-degree murder is 28-year-old Brian Whitlock.
Whitlock was convicted last year of killing his German Shepherd, Captain, in a high-profile case that led to protests and memorials for the dog.
