Taxi companies operating out of Vancouver International Airport are implementing flat-rate fares — ranging from $20 to $41 — for different zones around Richmond and Vancouver.
The Vancouver Airport Authority says the new guaranteed taxi rates, which go into effect on Thursday, take the guesswork out of travel.
