A 19-year-old Surrey man is recovering in hospital after a targeted shooting about 8:30 p.m. Sunday night.
Surrey RCMP S.Sgt. Murray Hedderson said in a news release that police got a number of 911 calls reporting shots heard near 134th Street and 90th Avenue.
Callers also said they saw several vehicles driving quickly from the area.
“Surrey General Duty members as well as Surrey General Investigations Unit attended to the area immediately,” Heddarson said.
