Naked Sushi, a Vancouver company that provides sushi served on a nude body for events, is outside the jurisdiction of health inspectors.
In Japan, it’s called Nyotaimori and it means “female body plate.” Rolls, cones and sashimi are served off the body of a naked woman.
The sushi pieces actually sit on leaves which lay on top of the body to prevent fish-on-skin contact.
