Team 1040 didn’t have to search too far to find Rick Ball’s replacement on B.C. Lions broadcasts.
Scott Rintoul, host of Team 1040’s 9 p.m. to midnight show, will take over the CFL play-by-play duties alongside colour commentator Giulio Caravatta.
The job opened up after news broke this week that Ball, who also provided play-by-play on Team 1040’s Canucks broadcasts, was moving to Calgary to become the TV voice of the Flames on Sportsnet West....
